 Interview with Jason Tran  Ages...

 Jason Tran Ages: 14 years old

 1. How long have you been participating in this?
 Well, I came along with some friends for over two years  already. But they left after a few trainings.

 2. Can you please tell me a bit about the program?
 There are four stages of belts: the beginner is yellow,  red, than blue and the highest is black. We came here  a few times a week does heaps of physical training  which include: Stress up, push up, kicking, blocking  running, fighting etc.

 3. I heard that there are some really tough  competitions, how did you guys get going?
 Yes, we enter to the “Summer and the Winter Victorian  Championship” with others Clubs around Victoria.

 5. Can you tell me a little about how what do you have  to do to get the place in this competition?
 We do extra training and it can get really challenging, but finally, we won the gold medal.

 6. What are the highlights of the event for you?
 Basically, is to meet heaps of people and made  friends, build a lot of muscles, and enjoy myself.

 7. What would you say to other young people who  would like to get involved in this program?
 Just go for it. Its fantastic, give you something to do  after school, meet heaps of people here and at the  Tournament, get healthy, have fun.

 8. What are your future plans as an active young  person?
 I would definitely keeps doing this, hopefully would  open my own Gym and go for the Olympics one day.
