 Teens VS  Society

 Depression

I have been involved in numerous services towards the community which include Joining Forces and youth connect. Joining forces is a program I joined which involves primary school students and creating activities for them to have fun. It was a good experience for me because it helps me be more responsible and also helps increase my social skills, and also it will help me in the future because the skills I learned in Joining Forces will be a big part in my life in the coming future.

Youth connect is also a program but the difference is, it involves the greater community and  different ages to work with instead of just primary students. We plan activities tha profit both  the community and the youth connect. I also profited from  the program because the skills I  learned in youth connect has help me a lot in life. It has  helped me become more active in  life, strengthened my social skills, given me a first hand  view of how to organize and activity  and how programs like Youth Connect work, it has  given me a chance to meet new people  and friends, and has given me a chance to get to  know and learn different cultures and  how they work which is a skill that will help me  throughout life. Joining this community  groups was very easy for me because everyone in  the committee was very friendly and  also very welcoming. My advice for people who want to  join similar committees is don’t be  afraid and do it, because once you have joined similar  committee you will never be able to  keep yourself away from it because it is experience  worth having and also most importantly  you will gain something which is even more  important than experience which are friends.
